Based on your anthropometric, biochemical, nutrition and lifestyle assessment, a Personalised Eating Plan will be compiled based on your specific needs, preferences, lifestyle, and requirements.
Specialised Nutrition Counselling
Nutritional counselling and advice are provided for all ages and conditions. You will receive condition-specific nutrition advice based on up to date, evidence-based knowledge.
SMART Goals
In my practice, I encourage SMART Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Bound. I will assist you in both setting and realising these goals and this will be explained in more detail during your sessions.
Plant based nutrition
Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans.
Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, or would just like to incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet, I can guide you in the right direction.
