About Lerusha Naidoo
I am a registered Dietician based in Parklands, Cape Town. I am also a wife, and a busy mom of 2.
Trying to balance a career, being a parent, and navigating through a pandemic is not always easy and we often neglect ourselves and our health in the process.
When it comes to your health, I am here to help you find your balance. I am passionate about helping and motivating my clients to make the necessary changes toward a healthier lifestyle. I focus on nourishing your body with healthy and nutritious food choices rather than restrictions. I believe that food should be enjoyed rather than feared.
We are constantly exposed to new information, new diets, new fads, and supplements and it can be overwhelming. I will guide you through your journey by providing you with sound nutritional advice that will work best for you.
In my practice, I understand that what might work for one person might not necessarily work for the next, therefore my consultations assess your individual needs, likes/dislikes, goals, and your lifestyle. Diets are not sustainable when they do not cater to your specific needs, they might provide quick fixes but not lasting results.
My eating plans are personalised and compiled to suit you and your needs. Most of us do not want a “diet” but need positive and sustainable lifestyle changes to reach our goals.
I look forward to guiding you through this process by helping you realise your goals and find your balance.
